Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, return the item with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. It can take up to 7 days from you returning the item to receive your refund, but if you return your order directly into our store we'll process your refund straight away. Please return the unused product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once returned, we will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.  With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on the following, 

• Made to measure curtains, roman blinds and customiseable upholstery.
