The scrubbed mahogany wood has an unsealed natural finish, so if you have a spillage the manufacturer suggests cleaning with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mixture of 1/3 bleach, 1/3 cover (plant based) detergent and 1/3 water and very gently clean the are while being careful not to scrub too hard, which could reveal the red mahogany timber beneath.
Alternatively, you can choose to seal it with a timber treatment oil/sealant to protect it from spills and stains.
